Bag the bag

Teaology bills itself as a "Personal Refreshment System," and couldn't we all use that? It's a cleverly packaged bit of flavored instant tea sweetened with Splenda. It claims to have 10 to 15 times the antioxidants found in regular brewed tea. Teaology comes in provocative flavors such as Osmanthus Flower, Rosemary Citron, Hawthorne Berry Sage and Lavender Mint. One end of each "sachet" is cleverly narrowed, the better to dump the contents into a bottle of water. All flavors are decaffeinated, which means you'll have to ask for an extra shot in your espresso to get through the afternoon. $24 for 18 sachets at http://www.teaology.com/. Sachets are also sold at Crossroads Market. Hotel Crescent Court sells sachets in the Crescent Gourmet and the Spa Boutique and serves the tea in the Spa juice bar.
